We are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help us continue delivering exceptional results.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll handle client design requests from beginning to end. You'll be the main link between our clients and the creative team. Your job is to work with the team to make sure every project is finished on time, meets the goals for each task, and reaches the highest quality of design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects remain on schedule.
• Maintain clear and effective communication between client and our internal team.
• Check the team's work to make sure it meets the client's goals and doesn't have any mistakes.
• Keep all project-related materials up-to-date, properly organised, and stored in our project management tool.
• Organise and participate in creative team meetings
• Record important meeting outcomes and follow up as needed.

Our tools:

• ClickUp & Trello for project management tools
• Slack for daily communication with all stakeholders

• 1-2 years of professional experience in project management in the creative or digital marketing space.
• Proficient with digital management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, or similar apps.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
