We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our graphic design team and lead our design projects with creativity and precision.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and implementing design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. You will play a key role in driving the creative direction of projects and mentoring junior designers. This position demands a high level of creativity, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver compelling visual designs under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead graphic design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop visual materials for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Work collaboratively with clients, project coordinators, and design teams to create compelling and client-centric designs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a creative environment.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to keep the agency at the cutting edge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Our tools:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva for the design assets
• ClickUp for project management tools
• Slack for daily communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of sample projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficiency in Figma, and Canva as an additional
• Excellent understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
